We’re excited to share that NH Maintenance has acquired the Service Division of SCM.
What this means in plain English: we now have more engineers on the road, faster response times, and even stronger nationwide coverage for our customers across the UK.
“This is about looking after customers better than ever — quicker callouts, deeper expertise, and a friendly voice at the end of the phone when you need us.”
— Ken, Managing Director at NHM

Please see the video below for a 90‑second overview of what’s new and how it benefits you.
Will my existing service schedule change?
We’ll aim to keep your current plan exactly as it is. If any improvements make sense (e.g., consolidated visit days), we’ll discuss with you first.
Who do I contact for bookings and emergencies?
Your existing NHM channels still apply. If you’re new to NHM, use the contact options below and we’ll set you up.
Are the engineers the same people?
Many of the familiar faces from SCM’s Service Division are joining NHM — plus our existing team.
What about compliance (PUWER & LOLER)?
No change. Inspections and certificates will continue on your agreed cycle, with improved capacity.
Can NHM support additional equipment types?
Yes. The combined team adds capability across more brands and models.
Will prices change?
No immediate changes. If anything shifts in future, we’ll be transparent and agree it with you.
